StartUp.com review

I watch this document called StartUo.com and it is interesting. Kaleil is a strong leader and hard working. At the start of the company called GovWork which The goal of GovWorks.com was to revolutionize the way citizens interacted with local government, making it easier to pay fines and access municipal services online. He has been working so hard to get the company to get investors to invest big money in the company so their business can start booming. HE drives a lot and is aggressive for a good cause. Even when the founders are not putting in the effort he will make sure they either put up the slack or leave.  Tom reminds me of a cheerleader or an emotional support role because when things are tough he tries to diffuse the situation and tries to relax people so they can be more calm. There have been ups and downs moments of the company. Apart from closing deals to get money from investors. A strong obstacle was the fact the company cannot keep up the competition of their software and now they cannot get investment to invest in them. The problem was coming from Tom that he is not great at his role in technology planning Strategy as he is in anchor problems. It is hard for Kaleil to let go because they were friends since high school but he has to let go of Tom in which he did. In which I understand from a business point of view because you need to succeed and cut dead weight. However the company ultimately failed because of the dot-com bubble burst. The investor spent a lot of money in small tech companies as tech was growing a lot but many of them failed and investors lost a lot of money so Kaleil's business could not get any more money from investors and it died out. It was sad but sometimes not every tech company can evolve. Only the strong company that was more experience and investment tech world are more likely to survive
